Project Cancellation by Client

Before Work Commencement

If you wish to cancel a project or service before any work has begun, please notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity. A full refund may be issued, excluding any administrative or consultation fees that may have already been incurred.

After Work Has Started

If cancellation occurs after the project has commenced, any refund will be pro-rated based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation. This includes hours spent on research, design, development, communication, or other service-related activities. Some projects may require a non-refundable deposit.

Project Cancellation by ABHISTAN FINTECH PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

We reserve the right to cancel any project at our discretion. Possible reasons for cancellation may include (but are not limited to):

  • Lack of communication or unresponsiveness from the client

  • Non-payment or payment disputes

  • Unavailability of required resources

  • Scope creep without agreement or consistent change requests

  • Violation of terms and policies

If we cancel a project, we will notify you in writing and issue a refund based on the amount of work not yet completed.

Refunds

Eligible Refunds

Refunds for cancellations prior to work starting may be processed in full, less any applicable admin fees. Refunds for partial cancellations will be calculated based on time and resources already invested.

Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Work that has been fully delivered

  • Completed milestones in phased projects

  • Delays caused by the client (lack of content, approvals, etc.)

  • Subscription-based services (e.g., monthly SEO, server maintenance) once the period has started

Refunds are typically processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
